Zona Seca describes the Youth Offender Program as a convenient option to help participants avoid a misdemeanor on their record and a suspension of driving privileges. The two program requirements can be completed in five hours or less, in Santa Barbara or out of town.

Important Program Notes

Program Sobriety

Sobriety is enforced at all times. Participants must not consume drugs or alcohol during the 24 hours before their groups. If signs of alcohol consumption are observed, group participation will be denied.

Enrollment Deadline

Enrollment should occur no later than seven days from the initial court referral. Zona Seca states that a late fee may apply after that deadline.
